She is writing him because she said she was having a party and that he should have been there but he was not. She is blaming him for not being there. In this letter she is telling him that he should have been there, some how making it his fault that he was not there. She also tells him that he should understand because he would not sleep with someone at the party even though she thinks it would be okay for him to.
